To ensure a safe and damage-free transport, we recommend removing all personal items from inside your vehicle before shipping. Please avoid leaving any large or loose items in the car, as they can shift during transit and potentially cause interior damage.
You may place up to 100 lbs of luggage or non-breakable personal items securely in the trunk. This helps protect both your belongings and the vehicle throughout the shipping process.
2. Scheduling and transit time
To ensure we can accommodate your preferred pick-up and delivery dates, it’s best to schedule your vehicle shipment as far in advance as possible.
If you need same-day pick-up, no problem! We offer terminal services in most major cities and can arrange quick, efficient vehicle pick-up to meet urgent needs.

The vehicle owner is not required to be present at the time of pickup. The vehicle may be left with a trusted friend, relative, or storage facility, provided that an authorized individual is available to sign the bill of lading upon the auto shipper’s arrival.
The duration of your vehicle’s transit depends primarily on the distance between the pickup location and the destination. Typically, coast-to-coast shipments take between 7 to 10 days.
At BAE Auto Shippers, we strive to expedite transit times whenever possible at no additional cost—unlike many brokers who charge extra for faster service. Your vehicle’s timely and safe delivery is our priority.
3. Service and payments
You can pay for your auto shipping costs through the following methods: Zelle, Cashiers Check, Money Order and Cash. We do accept credit card payments at and addionation charge.
Door-to-door service means we pick up your vehicle directly from your home or business and deliver it straight to your preferred destination. In most urban areas, our carriers can access your exact address for both pickup and delivery.
However, if your location has narrow streets, low-hanging trees, or limited access that prevents an 80-foot, 80,000-pound car carrier from safely navigating, the driver may request to meet you at a nearby accessible location.
This decision is made at the driver’s discretion to ensure the safety of both the carrier and your vehicle throughout the transport process.
